  • Approximately 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 puree
  • 3 roasted green chilies, peeled, deseeded, and finely diced
  • 1 cup of milk
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tomato bouillon cube
  • Approximately 1/2 kg of panela cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 white onion, diced

Peel and dice the potatoes. In a pot, heat a bit of oil and add the potatoes, tomatoes, onion, and chilies. Season for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add approximately 1 1/2 liters of water and the cup of milk. Add the puree, tomato, and chicken bouillon cubes, and pepper. Stir and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the diced cheese and season with salt to taste.
