  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

(No water needed)


  1. Press the cake mixture into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely; refrigerate for a while if necessary.

For the frosting:

  • 3 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons mashed blueberries (you can substitute other fruits as desired)

Mix the ingredients together. For a thinner consistency, add more fruit juice.

Once the brownie has completely cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the frosting to set.
