Strawberry Temblor Cake🍓🍓😋😋
Ingredients:
- 1 box of white cake mix
- Ingredients as per the cake mix instructions (typically water, oil, and eggs)
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the white cake mix according to the package instructions. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter.
- Evenly sprinkle coconut flakes and white chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is set and the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving. As it cools, a beautiful cracked, earthquake effect with delightful pockets of cream cheese and strawberry will appear.
