Blender Corn Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 can green corn
  • 2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the baking powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the baking powder to the blender mixture. Use a spatula to gently mix it in manually until fully dissolved. Do not blend.
  4. Grease a baking mold with butter and dust it with cornflour to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking mold.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
