Blender Corn Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 can green corn
- 2 cups (tea) sugar
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 liter milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the baking powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add the baking powder to the blender mixture. Use a spatula to gently mix it in manually until fully dissolved. Do not blend.
- Grease a baking mold with butter and dust it with cornflour to prevent sticking.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking mold.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
