2 cups of sour cream (ensure it’s stirred well)
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup of sliced olives
1 vine tomato, diced (seeds discarded)
1 cup of sliced green onions

Mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly into the bottom layer of your casserole dish.
Next, spread the salsa over the beans, followed by a layer of sour cream. Use the back of a spoon to spread the sour cream evenly.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer, followed by the sliced olives, diced tomatoes (without seeds), and sliced green onions.
