INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER MONGOLIAN BEEF:

  1. One-pound flank steak
  2. 1/4 cup cornflour
  3. One-fourth cup oyster sauce
  4. One-fourth cup brown sugar
  5. One tablespoon of honey
  6. A half-tsp lemon juice
  7. One teaspoon of garlic powder
  8. A half-tsp of onion powder
  9. 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  10. 1 tsp chopped green onion with sesame seeds, optional

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AIR FRYER MONGOLIAN BEEF:

  • Slice the flank steak thinly, then lightly dust each slice with cornflour. After adding the steak strips to the air fryer basket, liberally mist with cooking oil. After flipping each piece, spray the opposite side. For seven minutes, air fried at 370 degrees.
  • As the steak cooks, mix together oyster sauce, ground ginger, onion powder, honey, lemon juice, brown sugar, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Transfer the sauce to a medium-sized saucepan and heat it until it gently boils. After it thickens, turn off the heat and combine the cooked steak with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds and serve over rice.

VERY USEFUL NOTES:
Make sure you have thin, even slices when you slice the steak. This will assist in perfectly cooking everything.
