Ingredients For Crispy Beef Chilli in Air Fryer
- 250 g of finely sliced minute steak into thin strips
- Two tablespoons of cornflour
- two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a drizzle
- two smashed garlic cloves
- a chunk of ginger the size of a thumb, peeled and chopped into matchsticks
- One red chilli, cut thinly
- One red pepper, chopped into pieces
- Four spring onions, cut into distinct sections, green and white
- Four tablespoons of rice or white wine vinegar
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- Double-stick sweet chilli sauce
- Twice as much tomato ketchup
For marinade
- 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- Two teaspoons of soy sauce
- One teaspoon of sesame oil
- One teaspoon of caster sugar
Instructions;
- Slice the undercut beef thinly.
- Beef undercut, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, egg, salt, and black pepper powder should all be combined in a basin. Stir thoroughly, cover, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornflour on each beef strip and set aside.
- Scratch cooking oil in the air fryer basket, add marinated steak, and coat with brush oil.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes at 180°C, flipping halfway through, and continue air fry for another 4–6 minutes.
- Tomato ketchup, soy sauce, black soy sauce, vinegar, honey, water, crushed red chilli, salt, and mix until well combined. Set away.
- Add cooking oil, garlic, and sauté till light golden in colour in a frying pan.
- Add onion and capers, and thoroughly combine.
- Add sauce mixture, stir to combine, and heat through.
- Stir in the air-fried meat and heat for an additional minute.
- Add the sesame oil, green and Thai red chilies, and stir thoroughly.
- Serve with fried rice and garnish with spring onions!
