PASTA ALFREDO WITH SHRIMP
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 20 cleaned shrimp
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 200 grams of cooked and drained fettuccine
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- 250 grams of grated Manchego cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Preparation:
- In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream and heat until it begins to boil.
- Add the cooked fettuccine, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the cheese and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
