PASTA ALFREDO WITH SHRIMP

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 20 cleaned shrimp
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 200 grams of cooked and drained fettuccine
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper
  • 250 grams of grated Manchego cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Preparation:

  1. In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream and heat until it begins to boil.
  3. Add the cooked fettuccine, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the cheese and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
