Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese 🧀
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cups warmed pulled pork
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Layer shredded cheddar cheese on the bread slice, followed by a generous portion of warmed pulled pork.
- Drizzle barbecue sauce over the pulled pork.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is melted, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more sandwiches.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
