Slow-Cooked Curried Sausages Recipe
Ingredients:
24 sausages (each cut into 3 pieces)
6 medium-sized potatoes, diced
3 large carrots, sliced
2 cups frozen beans
2 small onions, diced
2 cups beef stock
1 can coconut cream
4 tablespoons curry powder
Directions:
Place sausages, vegetables, and stock in the slow cooker.
Mix curry powder into the coconut cream and pour it into the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Then, combine 2 tablespoons of cornflour with a small amount of water, stir through, and let cook for an additional 15 minutes to thicken before serving.
