  • 1 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4-5 hamburger buns
  • Ranch dressing (for topping)


  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Chop carrots until you have one cup. If you have an onion, you can chop and add that too.
  2. Sauté the Carrots:
    • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
