  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3-4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Your favorite seasonings (e.g., Weber’s Buttery Steakhouse and Caramelized Onion Butter)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • Cheese Whiz (or another preferred cheese)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef Mixture:
    • In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped bell peppers, onion, and jalapeño. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add Garlic and Worcestershire Sauce:
    • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and your preferred seasonings.
  3. Melt the Cheese:
    • Layer the mixture with slices of provolone cheese. Cover the skillet until the cheese has melted.
  4. Prepare the Nachos:
    • Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet. Distribute the meat mixture over the chips. Drizzle Cheese Whiz on top, or use another type of cheese if preferred.
  5. Bake:
    • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake the nachos for approximately 5 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and melted.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy your Cheesesteak Inspired Nachos!
