Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of ground beef
- 1 box of small pasta shells
- 1 package of Velveeta cheese
- A handful of sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 packets of taco seasoning
- 1 can of original Rotel
- 1/2 cup of milk
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat.
- Boil water and cook the pasta shells until tender, then drain.
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into pieces and place them in the pan used to cook the beef. While the cheese melts, add the milk and stir continuously until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta shells to the cheese mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Incorporate the taco seasoning and Rotel, mixing well.
- Finally, add a handful of sharp cheddar cheese, mix thoroughly, and serve.
