Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta


  • 3 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 box of small pasta shells
  • 1 package of Velveeta cheese
  • A handful of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 packets of taco seasoning
  • 1 can of original Rotel
  • 1/2 cup of milk


  1. Brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat.
  2. Boil water and cook the pasta shells until tender, then drain.
  3. Cut the Velveeta cheese into pieces and place them in the pan used to cook the beef. While the cheese melts, add the milk and stir continuously until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked pasta shells to the cheese mixture and blend thoroughly.
  5. Incorporate the taco seasoning and Rotel, mixing well.
  6. Finally, add a handful of sharp cheddar cheese, mix thoroughly, and serve.
