Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning (or your preferred burger seasoning)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1-2 teaspoons paprika
- 1-2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 pizza crust dough
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped pickles
- Melted butter
- Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ground Beef:
- Sauté the ground beef with the finely chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Drain the excess grease and season with Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning or your preferred burger seasoning.
- Make the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Roll out the pizza crust dough on a flat surface.
- Assemble the Stromboli:
- Spread a few tablespoons of the Big Mac sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the sauce, leaving a one-inch border on the sides and about two inches at the bottom.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped pickles over the beef.
- Roll the Stromboli:
- Carefully fold in the sides of the dough.
- Starting from the top, roll the dough tightly towards the bottom, ensuring the seam is on the underside.
- Prepare for Baking:
- Brush the rolled dough with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place the stromboli on a baking sheet.
- Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the stromboli for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Let the stromboli cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve with the remaining Big Mac sauce for dipping.
