  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning (or your preferred burger seasoning)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1-2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1-2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 pizza crust dough
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chopped pickles
  • Melted butter
  • Sesame seeds

  1. Prepare the Ground Beef:
    • Sauté the ground beef with the finely chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
    • Drain the excess grease and season with Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning or your preferred burger seasoning.
  2. Make the Big Mac Sauce:
    • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Prepare the Dough:
    • Roll out the pizza crust dough on a flat surface.
  4. Assemble the Stromboli:
    • Spread a few tablespoons of the Big Mac sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
    • Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the sauce, leaving a one-inch border on the sides and about two inches at the bottom.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped pickles over the beef.
  5. Roll the Stromboli:
    • Carefully fold in the sides of the dough.
    • Starting from the top, roll the dough tightly towards the bottom, ensuring the seam is on the underside.
  6. Prepare for Baking:
    • Brush the rolled dough with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    • Place the stromboli on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Bake the stromboli for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve:
    • Let the stromboli cool slightly before slicing.
    • Serve with the remaining Big Mac sauce for dipping.
